1. How much does personal training cost?
Depending on what service you are needing, this amount will vary. 
First-time consultation is $60.
One-on-one in person is $75/session.  
One-on-one online is $65/session.
Partner workout is $100/session total for both parties.
Nutritional coaching is $60/session.


2. What should I expect at a training session/workout?
A workout that challenges your fitness level.  Expect to have core-conditioning exercises mixed in with full-body functional and strength training work. Balance and proprioception work will also be included with the exercise selection.

The first step is to book a fitness consultation at our Centennial gym.  If you want to test the waters with a phone call first, a 15-minute free phone call option is available.
