"I met (Stacy) for the first time today and let me just say she has restored my faith in humanity. Rarely do you meet someone who genuinely cares about your wellbeing. I was late to class and she was so kind, introduced me to the space, listened to my physical trauma history, my desperate desire to get back into exercising and gave me personalized instruction and a detailed plan on how to become strong again. I was disabled for almost 2 years and she has given me hope that I can get my body and my strength back. She is a rare gem and I am so excited to work with her again and see her again soon.
