About Me

As a fully qualified and accredited personal trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives.   I have received  a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from UCCS.  I also am certified as a biomechanics corrective exercise specialist.  With over 8 years experience I still am learning of the changing landscape involving exercise and health.  I continue to seek out additional educational opportunities to further help others with their fitness journeys.

I implement phases to your fitness routine that will increase your strength while also decreasing pain.  Unlike other personal trainers, I incorporate a variety of aspects of health including functional strength training, flexibility, muscle fascia release, nutritional guidance, and most recently, BRAIN FITNESS.

After a personal back injury I explored new ways to safely train clients with low back pain and a weak core structure.  These adaptation led me to opening up a new personal training business, Restore Fitness, in 2018.  The vision for Restore Fitness is to restore health, healing and belief in oneself through fitness.
