Only through acupuncture treatments have I been exposed to this type of therapy. With continued chronic inflammation and increased joint pain I recently decided I need more red light outside of acupuncture. With the increasing availability of this product red light therapy is quickly being established into my routine daily. Easy to use but also research-backed I invested in a 660 nm wavelength model in hopes of seeing energy increase, pain reduction and overall lower inflammation.
