How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

Each workout program is designed with you in mind. I use functional movement and consider biomechanics to improve your fitness level. I accommodate for pain, injury and what you come in with each day.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

You will receive basic nutritional guidance as part of your workout program.  For in-depth coverage of a nutritional plan please see the Additional Services page.
